Meet the Tiedemann team
Our commitment to our clients is solidified in our structure as a partnership. From the start, the firm was set up to hand down equity to future generations of Tiedemann employees. Being independent and responsible to ourselves alone allows us to fully invest in our clients.
As Fiduciary Counsel, Brian is responsible for working with clients and their advisors to develop custom trust, tax and estate planning solutions. He also brings experience with Delaware trust law and related advantages relative to each client’s specific short-term and long-term objectives. Brian serves as the main point of contact for clients, managing execution of the integrated plan and overseeing its ongoing administration, including updates due to evolution of family circumstances and applicable laws.
Prior to joining Tiedemann in 2005, Brian was a Relationship Manager and Estate Planner for National City Bank in Pittsburgh.
Certifications and memberships include:
- Certified Trust and Financial Advisor
- Member, Estate Planning Council of West Chester
- Member, Wilmington Tax Group
Brian earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, with a focus in taxation and estate planning, and a Bachelor of Arts in philosophy from Dickinson College. Brian grew up and resides in Pennsylvania with his wife and two daughters.
