Meet the Tiedemann team
Our commitment to our clients is solidified in our structure as a partnership. From the start, the firm was set up to hand down equity to future generations of Tiedemann employees. Being independent and responsible to ourselves alone allows us to fully invest in our clients.
Colin has direct responsibility for managing client relationships. He works closely with clients to understand their goals and objectives; manage their investments, including impact investing; and integrate their investment strategy, philanthropy, and estate planning into a cohesive wealth management plan. He is also a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and also oversees business operations for the Dallas office.
Colin joined Tiedemann when the firm merged with Presidio Capital Advisors, where he was responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining investment portfolios for families, individuals, foundations and endowments. He also served on Presidio’s Board of Directors and opened the Dallas office in 2003. Previously, Colin was a Senior Vice President at Merrill Lynch in the Private Wealth Advisory Group. Colin also spent ten years with Goldman Sachs & Co., working in both the Institutional Fixed Income and Private Advisory Services Groups.
