Shannon Hennessey

Shannon oversees the Firm’s East Coast Extended Services, focusing on compliance and risk management. She has extensive experience working with family offices as well as multi-generational families and is also a permanent member of the Firm’s Trust Review Committee that provides legal and fiduciary oversight for trust accounts. She is also a member of the Firm’s Diversity Equity and Inclusion Committee
Prior to joining Tiedemann in 2006, Shannon was a Vice President with J.P. Morgan where she was responsible for the administration of trusts and estates for high-net-worth clients. She served on numerous committees including chairing the Trust and Investment Committee for Charitable Accounts.
Shannon earned a Juris Doctor degree from Rutgers where she was an editor of the Law Review and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Art History from the University of Texas. Born and raised in Texas, Shannon currently resides in Manhattan with her husband and three children.
