Whitney Fogle Lewis

Whitney is the firm’s General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer. In this role, she oversees all aspects of Tiedemann’s legal, compliance, and regulatory functions in addition to providing strategic guidance across the firm.
Whitney began her law practice at Skadden Arps, in NYC, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions in healthcare and pharmaceuticals. Prior to joining Tiedemann, she was the Deputy Chief Legal Officer of Carlson Capital, L.P., a Dallas-based hedge fund, where she managed legal matters across practice areas and jurisdictions and drove interdepartmental efforts to comply with global legal and regulatory requirements.

Whitney received her A.B. cum laude in psychology from Harvard College and her J.D. from Harvard Law School. She, her husband, and their two children are proud Oak Cliff residents in Dallas, Texas.
